We offer internship opportunities for students who are eager to learn, open to growth, and bring a strong sense of self to their clinical development. Bee Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Unlicensed Therapist to provide direct clinical care to youth and adults.  This position offers benefits and incentives to promote work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 direct client care hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
• New hires have three months to reach the 20-hour weekly minimum to meet full-time criteria.
• Applicants must be actively working towards licensure and registered with DORA pursuing LPC, LCSW and/or LAC.

Pay Range:

• $45-$55 per clinical hour
• $20 per hour for administrative and supervision hours

Participating in EMDR consultation can be an invaluable way to deepen your understanding of the EMDR model, strengthen your clinical skills, and connect with a community of fellow EMDR therapists. We offer both individual and group consultation for clinicians seeking certification as well as EMDR-trained clinicians who are looking for ongoing support and professional growth.

Our consultation services are designed to help clinicians strengthen their implementation of EMDR therapy while fostering confidence, competence, and connection within the EMDR community. For clinicians pursuing EMDRIA Certification, we provide structured guidance on the competencies and skills associated with each phase of EMDR therapy. Through individual and group consultation, we work collaboratively with consultees to identify strengths, enhance case conceptualization, and support continued growth and development as EMDR clinicians.

Consultation Fees:

• Group Consultation (1.5 hours): $90
• Individual Consultation: $150/hour
