I have over a decade of diverse experience as a mental health professional in residential treatment, community mental health, and in private practice. I am passionate about supporting my clients in their process of growth, healing, and connecting to new inner awareness after traumatic life events, during life transitions, through relationship challenges and sexual difficulties, or while navigating other mental health challenges.

My aim is to work with you on goals that help you connect to your fullest, most confident and embodied self. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and sexual issues. My treatment approach draws heavily on my training in body focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coaching, and psychoeducation.
