About

Over the past two decades I have provided quality therapeutic services to clients of all ages in multiple levels of care.  I have served in a variety of leadership positions mentoring and supervising therapists in our community.  I have done program development, project management, and expanded access to care in community mental health centers, school-based programs, and acute care settings.  I have been recognized as an advocate for care and understanding the systems and policies related to behavioral health. 

I believe in providing comprehensive quality care when people are struggling in major life challenges.  It is important that we are all able to have the opportunity to enhance our quality of life by exploration of self and challenging negative thought patterns that lead us in directions that decrease our sense of self. I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults to help them cope with a variety of issues.  Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for professional counselor candidates and certified addiction specialists working towards licensure.
