I am a former kindergarten and 1st grade teacher and am currently completing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background as an educator is what ultimately led me to want to support children and families in a therapeutic space. I believe that given the proper tools and resources, families can provide the space for children to grow into their full potential!
As a therapist, I take a person-centered and attachment focused approach to working with clients. I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment in which people can show up as their authentic selves. I love working collaboratively with families to identify ways that we can work as a team to see their child thrive. I also enjoy working with individual teens and adults and hope to create a space that they can feel seen, heard and valued. I believe that therapy can be a truly transformative experience that leads to healing and freedom in one's life.
