I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. My professional background in music, education, and nonprofit work has shaped a flexible, creative, and deeply relational approach to therapy.

I specialize in working with trauma and am trained in EMDR therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that our minds and bodies develop creative ways to protect us when life feels overwhelming. Together, we will explore the patterns that once helped you survive while building greater capacity to live with authenticity, connection, and freedom. I also incorporate somatic awareness and honor the role spirituality may play in a client's healing journey when it is meaningful to them.
