As a technical-writer-turned-counselor, I use my communication and comprehension skills to spot patterns in the stories that clients tell, and reflect back key details and feelings to generate a better understanding of themselves and the reality they are experiencing. It is easy to get stuck in limiting beliefs and difficult to separate our identity from our problems. Together, we will evaluate options and determine where change can be enacted in alignment with your values. We will shift your internal dialogue and belief systems to open up space for hope and empowerment, giving you the ability to handle life’s challenges with grace and courage.
