About

Over the last 20 years, I am thankful to have worked in two fields that shape the services I provide to my clients.

As a counselor in community mental health settings and in private practice, I have had the honor of working with children, adolescents, their families, and adults on issues ranging from self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues and major life adjustments (e.g., leaving home, college life, starting a career) and many other common and unique life challenges.

As a consultant and human resources professional, I have had the privilege of working with adults from all over the world including India, Japan, China, Mexico, and many other countries. In these roles, I worked as a consultant, coach, career counselor, team leader, and as a leadership development facilitator supporting individuals and teams in achieving personal and professional goals.

These two careers have allowed me to cultivate a combination of leadership, coaching, counseling experiences and skills spanning multiple fields of study. I strive to integrate the best “common factors” from each of these fields into the services I provide to my clients.

Ultimately, helping people to heal, grow, and create meaning in their lives is my passion.
