Guided by a profound belief in the power of storytelling and the significance of secure relationships, I believe that every person possesses unique strengths, abilities, and resilience, and it is through collaborative conversations that we can uncover and re-author their narratives in empowering and liberating ways. I am dedicated to helping individuals discover their strengths, rewrite their narratives.
Throughout my academic journey, I have immersed myself in the study of psychology and counseling, with a particular focus on Narrative Therapy and Attachment Theory. I am currently finishing my master’s in clinical counseling where I have delved into the transformative potential of narrative approaches and the profound impact of attachment experiences on individuals' well-being.
My approach to counseling is deeply rooted in empathy, compassion, and authenticity. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. By actively listening to their stories, validating their experiences, and fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance, I aim to empower individuals to embrace their unique narratives and develop a sense of agency in their lives.
